The Valley Golf Course (formerly Indian Valley) Nestled along the banks of the Haw River, The Valley Golf Course offers the avid golfer a fair test of their golf game. The course's twists and turns make shot shaping a must and the well contoured bunkers provide the obstacles necessary for a skilled approach shot into the greens. The back drop of the Haw River on holes 10 through 13 provide for a natural experience whereby the city’s walking trail runs along the river while local kayaks or canoes float in it. The 18-hole Ellis Maples par 70 course is owned and operated by the City of Burlington and is available for regular and tournament play. Juniors and seniors are welcome.
